Customers may schedule pickup and request a wardrobe refresh at any time for a new rotation of pieces.

All 21 garments must be returned no later than 20 days after delivery.

Late returns may result in partial or full loss of the security deposit.

Security deposits are fully refunded immediately after pickup and inspection, provided all garments are returned:

• —Free of alterations
• —Free of stains
• —Free of damage
• —Within the required return period

Normal wear is expected, but garments must be returned in good condition.
